Guys,
I need more control for presentations. Here's what I would like to do:
- Set a background color. I would like to be able to set the background color to black so, if projected, the screen is blank when my presentation is inactive.
- Toggle off the loading signals. I would also like to toggle off the loading signals so the audience just sees the visuals.
- We are starting to use multiple screens and displays. Is there any ways you could bundle slides inside of presentations? The slides would trigger at once on multiple displays.
Finally, I would also be interested in running this locally so that, if my internet when down during an event, I had a backup. Actually, a Google Gears solution would also be bad ass and better because there would be n maintenance.
Thoughts?
Simon

One more thing...
Bulk uploading would also be nice :)
Love it...
Simon - thanks for taking the time to give us some feedback. Here are some general replies/updates:
Background Color - on the future dev roadmap. Probably a global and unique option.
Loading Signal - are you talking about the "Browser Loading" signal or the animated gif that displays between slides? We actually just removed the "Browser Loading" setting. What are your thoughts specifically if it was the animaged gif?
Multi Display - I think I understand what you're doing. Other than being able to manage multi-presentations at one time, I'm not sure if we'll be able to do this. I guess each display could be linked to a URL, but then how do you control them all at once... Hmmm....
Local - not yet, but we've thought a lot about it. Google actually just dropped future support of gears because html5 will, in the future, support this. We're working on an api though. So, um, maybe you can build it? ;)
Multi Upload - yep, working on it currently.
Thanks again,
David
