Notification if anyone is viewing presentation

When giving a presentation I'd like to see who is connected to it or how many people are viewing it at a given time. Would also be nice to see a log file of who has connected to it. Not sure if you can show IP addresses or locations but some sort of indicator that a person is viewing it would be nice. Like if I were giving a presentation I want to see how many people are viewing it.

How do I narrate the presentation?

The demo gave me the impression that I could speak during the presentation and the viewer would hear it, but I see no mention of this in the screen documentation. Does the system convey sound to each viewer?

Jim - in the vein of

Jim - in the vein of light-weight technology tools, Black Tonic relies on the good 'ol phone :)

I know you're attempting a test drive in the academic realm, so you might need a different kind of solution. But if you're willing to try conferencing, give this free option a go: http://www.freeconference.com/

Also, I'm guessing you're working with powerpoint or some other presentation software for creating slides. You'll need to save the presentation as images to upload to Black Tonic - I can help you out with that if need be.

Great idea

Thanks David, that's a great idea. Would be very handy to have an invite system that to send to users when a presentation is to be held. Would also like to see how many users are viewing the presentation at any given time. Like if you send invites to 4 users and only 2 show up you can see that 2 users aren't viewing.

Jeremy, Do you see this, in

Jeremy,

Do you see this, in any way, tying into an "invite" system for presentations? For example, would it be helpful for the system to auto send emails to individuals who are invited to a presentation. And then the system would display back their connection status?
